What the form collects
The form collects your message, chosen language and an email address or mobile number so I can reply. Your name is optional. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and network signals to protect this form from spam; your message and contact details are not sent to its verification API. How your message is handled
Your inquiry and a notification job are saved together in a private PostgreSQL database, outside the public website. A receipt confirms storage, not email delivery.
The owner notification contains only the receipt reference and selected language. Your name, email and message are not included in that notification. Notification failures do not delete a stored inquiry.
Retention and deletion
Inquiries and their notification records are retained for 30 days. Expired records are removed on startup, when new inquiries arrive, and during hourly maintenance. Hosting logs, backups and any subsequent correspondence have separate retention arrangements.
The inbox does not store raw IP addresses. Salted identifiers used to limit abuse are cleared after the rate-limit window during cleanup.
Your choices
Use the form to ask about your inquiry or request access, correction or deletion. Include your receipt reference when available; do not send identity or certificate numbers.
Browsing and external services
This site uses Matomo at analytics.botas.sa to measure page visits and public link usage. Analytics cookies may connect visits across meetfahad.com subdomains, including staging. Form contents, private inquiries and article drafts are not collected by this integration; form analytics and session recording are disabled. Unsubmitted form text stays in the open page. External links have their own privacy practices.
